Team

As an attorney with twenty-five years of experience in complex business and commercial litigation in both state and federal court—including as litigation counsel in arbitration, trial, and appellate matters—Mark understands the primacy of complete confidentiality and seeks a trusting, authentic relationship with each candidate and client.
Over the course of his legal career, he served as a litigation associate at the firm formerly known as Arnold & Porter, advanced to associate and partner at Gibbons P.C., and later co-founded and practiced as a partner at O’Reilly Stoutenburg Richards LLP. He has also served as a hiring partner and hiring committee member, and has mentored numerous associates.
Today, Mark advises senior attorneys, individual partners, and partner groups in the lateral market, helping them evaluate whether and when to make a move, and guiding them through every step of the hiring process to ensure they are fully prepared.

Eleonora Cacciola began her recruiting career at national full-service search firms, where she developed broad industry experience across technology, consumer products, financial services, industrials, and entertainment. She later spent five years at a boutique legal recruiting firm focused on intellectual property, where she successfully placed numerous patent attorneys with top-tier law firms.
Eleonora specializes in the recruitment and placement of patent litigation associates and partners at Am Law 100 firms and leading IP boutiques.
Known for her thoughtful and discrete approach, Eleonora places a premium on building long-term, trust-based relationships with both candidates and clients.
Eleonora prioritizes confidentiality and trust in every engagement. She works closely with candidates to assess whether a move aligns with their long-term goals and provides thoughtful, candid guidance throughout the process.
